Six years ago I was a sedentary person who weighed 120 kilograms and had major spine problems. I didn't like moving because it was hard for me, but also because I was ashamed. I always thought that others would laugh at me, that I couldn't and that I didn't want to put myself in an embarrassing situation. I had never stepped into a gym and thought my place was not there.
But the health situation somehow forced me to make some changes. Almost 6 months passed between the moment I had a back crisis that kept me in bed for a month and the moment I even made a change. Time I'm sorry I lost now. But at that time I didn't know where to get it. I started with small steps: first I started walking more and less by car, then I started not drinking juices and not eating fried foods, then I started eating fresh vegetables. After almost a month, there were small changes, but not enough to motivate me. I needed more. I needed guidance and support.

The point is, when you put energy into something, the universe supports you. It supports your effort and helps, but you have to do something too. So he sent me Iulian Dinu who is a physiotherapist, physical trainer and coach with over 12 years of experience. Basically, he was the specialist I needed to start exercising, but also physical recovery for the spine. And here that 6 years later, although the operation was recommended to me, I do not need surgery and I am a much more active and happier person.
After 6 years with Iulian Dinu, 40 kg lost weight, hundreds of km run and thousands of hours spent in the gym I can tell you what are his two strengths that helped me not to give up and have results : has the gift of motivating people and the talent to create smart workouts that work and can be adapted to any person regardless of their physical condition and health.

Getting rid of extra pounds, disciplining yourself and gaining more confidence in yourself is not a simple and straightforward process. It is difficult, but not impossible. Weight fluctuations are normal, and for people who already have weight problems it is much more difficult to maintain. But also, it is not impossible. And my weight fluctuates and it's sometimes hard for me to hold on, but I haven't come back from where I left off. Even though at times I gained a few extra pounds, there were never 40.
Between 2015 and 2017 I lost 40 kg with the help of Iulian and now I want to do it again. I want you to continue #MyBodyJourney and for extra motivation I came up with this program. In 2015, I made a public commitment to change my lifestyle. First of all because I wanted to document everything here on the blog, but also because I needed an extra boost of motivation. And it worked! Moreover, without proposing my story, it has inspired thousands of people, which I find wonderful.
So now I came up with this program because I want to do it again and I don't want to be alone. I want to surround myself with ladies who want to make a good difference in their lives. In addition, if I reach my goal, I will be rewarded with a Personal Trainer course and I will start giving sports classes for ladies myself. I think my mission is to help people in my own way, just as I was helped. Until then, however, we enjoy the guidance of Iulian Dinu.

Who is this program for?
- First of all, it is a program for ladies. Parental consent is required for minors. We exercise for health, not complicated acrobatics, but you have the obligation to inform us in private of any health condition that must be taken into account.
- It is for people who are tired of being on a diet all the time and who want to get out of this vicious circle that does not bring them results, but on the contrary hurts them.
- It is for people who want to be healthier and happier. It doesn't matter if you want to lose 40 kg or just exercise so that your back or knees don't hurt anymore.

We want to help you discover that exercise should not be a chore and a punishment for what you have eaten, but a proof of self-love and a celebration of what your body can do.
If you want to join our group, you must make a commitment for at least three months. Miracles do not happen overnight, and the wrong habits repeated a lifetime can not be corrected in an instant. But I tell you from my own experience that the secret is to repeat small but essential gestures. You will discover them with us!
The trainings take place on Monday and Thursday from 19:30 to 20:30 at the Fitness Academy Rahova hall (Calea Rahova no. 201, right next to Liberty Mall) and please come 10-15 minutes early to have time to change. At 19:30 you must be in the room ready equipped.
What do you need for training?
- pants and sports shirt
- sports shoes (we will guide you what kind of footwear is recommended so as not to put pressure on the joints. for example, Converse sneakers are not good for sports)
- towel and bottle of water.
Places are limited because we must take into account the norms of social distancing imposed by law. The place in the group will be confirmed only after the payment of the first installment. And yes, you can pay in installments!
The program starts on February 15, 2021 and we only have 15 seats available.

Remember that I have a herniated disc, torn ligaments in my ankle and a sore hip and I still do sports.
