Of all the devices presented, this intrigued me the most. I have asked many questions because I know that I have sensitive skin, that regular vacuuming or anti-cellulite massage makes me cry and that any such procedure is very painful for my skin with cellulite, stretch marks and lack of any elasticity.

How about localized fat burning? From what I understand, it acts on fat deposits using a combination of alternating pressure and moderate physical activity. The pressure variation "activates" the tissues in areas where the fat is in excess. The change in pressure stimulates blood flow and accelerates the transport of fatty acids from troubled regions. The result is a reduction in the circumference of the targeted areas for a long time.

We also appreciated that this method recommends a balanced nutrition and not a diet.

During the question and answer session, I learned that it is recommended to consume carbohydrates before training, but never after.

In addition to the vacuum cleaner shown, there are two special training machines for women, where you work for 30 minutes. One is for people who are heavier and cannot support a higher effort and the training is performed in a horizontal position, and the other is performed in a vertical position and is intended for people who can support a moderate physical effort.

From what I could tell, you enter a capsule where you will pedal (moderate training) while the device will operate through high and low pressure to draw blood into the dermal layer, and in the compression phase for drain blood and fluids.

The idea seems good and interesting. I like the principle of combining therapy with training. Please note that Hypoxi Studios are spread across 40 countries and over 40,000 cities (even in Dysney Land there is one :))

In the press kit was a voucher that included a Hypoxi therapy. I will definitely go and test this method and I will come back with details then. I think I am able to give my opinion on this subject.
