Not missing from the hair salons, the hair fixative has become a beauty gadget very easy to use even at home. Professional and mass-market brands competed in launching the best products of this type in order to make you their loyal customer. Depending on your needs, you can choose between light textures that allow mobility and flexibility of the hair, very strong textures that fix very well or a versatile product that, depending on how it is applied, can offer mobility or intense fixation to the strands.
But did you know that the hairspray is a product invented in the 1940s after the US entered World War II? U.S. researchers had to find a solution to prevent the spread of malaria among soldiers, and so the pressure tube that was used to distribute pesticides at the time was born. At the end of the decade, in 1948, Chase Products was the first company to use the aerosol tube as a tool for distributing resin-based hair fixation products, and in the 1950s and 1960s hair fixation became the best. sold hairdressing product and at the same time the first variants for different hair types appeared. Interesting, isn't it? The hairspray was invented by the Americans, but let the Romanians invent much more necessary things 😀
I have become friends with hairstyling products lately when I realized that if I want results to my liking I have to use the best products recommended by my favorite professionals. After many, many products tested, I noticed that I tend to always buy the same three, which depending on my current needs I rotate successfully. Even if I don't make complicated knives, I know I can rely on the product I use not to put me in embarrassing situations and that's all that matters! Here are my favorites:
3rd place: Londa Professional Essentials Professional Hold Hairspray
It is the last to enter my graces and the one I use a lot lately because it offers medium fixation (ie the strand is as you want, but it also has a little mobility) and does not clog the hair because it can be removed by brushing. I don't have to wash my hair after use. You can find it in salons only in a 500ml tube (it is very spurious, I have already had it for a few months).
2nd place: CHI Magnified Volume Finishing Spray
I mentioned this product several times at favorites of the month and is the product that offers the strongest fixation. It lasts all day, and I can rely on it outside temperatures. It smells very, very nice, like the shampoo and conditioner in the range (review here).
You can find it in salons or on www.luxbeauty.ro (if you use the code “BFF01” you have 15% discount on orders placed on the site).
1st place: Subtle Professional Lacquer Finishing
This product and I can boast the longest lasting relationship… about 5 years 🙂 This is not a simple hairspray, but it is a varnish that also offers shine while rewarding you with a natural and lasting fixation. Gives maximum lightness to the hairstyle and does not load the hair at all. The first time I admit that I was attracted to the fruity smell, but using it I noticed that it is a wonderful product that I do not want to part with.
You can find them in salons and Melkior stores in three variants: 100 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml. I got it from Cosmobeauty.
These are my favorite products, but I admit that I am also tempted to try Moroccanoil hairspray, which I have heard is exceptional.
What is your favorite hairspray and why? 😀

I'm really curious to try the Subtle Finishing hairspray because all the hairpins I've tried so far make my hair wire and I can't even resist my hairstyle.
If you try to tell me what you think!
thanks for the advice, I really needed it especially now that I received a curse gift from my husband and my hair doesn't look like 🙂
Try the one in Londa, it will definitely not disappoint you!
I haven't tried any of them, unfortunately I had an allergy to a hairspray and now I have to be more careful, but maybe in the future I will be able to try at least one of them 😀
Did you manage to find out which ingredient you are allergic to? Certainly there are several hairspray 🙁
I love Elnet super strong
