What did the #MyBodyJourney SQUAD program really mean to them?
The #MyBodyJourneySQUAD program is not just about losing weight. Iulian Dinu and I designed it as a set of tools to help you make changes in your lifestyle so that you feel better physically and emotionally, to be stronger, to get rid of pain back, to sleep better and relax your mind and body, but also to reshape your figure.
What I found interesting during the three months spent with the first group in the program is that both me and Iulian had to learn from the participants.
I met women between the ages of 19 and 55, with totally different lifestyles and diverse needs. It was also a challenge for us to find ways to offer real support to working or working mothers, ladies who do not live in Bucharest, those who live with their parents and have a challenge in eating healthy, etc.
It was only after this program that we realized how challenged we women are. So, the more I am motivated by their determination and results. I congratulate them because they learned to set realistic goals, that they had their own awareness and that they slowly started to correct them and that they persevered and did not give up!
Results after 3 months
The results are as diverse as the group that was formed:
- everyone lost between 3 and 10 kg in 2 months
- many of the ladies remodeled their silhouettes and reduced a few measures to their clothes
- they began to sleep better and longer
- back and joint pain decreased
- for example, a lady realized she was eating 5 slices of bread at a meal and has now dropped to 2 slices. This is a progress and a step that brings big changes over time.
The examples can continue, but I want to invite you with me and Iulian because on May 31, 2021 we will start a new group. The trainings will take place on Monday and Thursday from 18:30 at the Fitness Academy Rahova hall.
Who is this program for?
- First of all, it is a program for ladies. Parental consent is required for minors. We exercise for health, not complicated acrobatics, but you have the obligation to inform us in private of any health condition that must be taken into account.
- It is for people who are tired of being on a diet all the time and who want to get out of this vicious circle that does not bring them results, but on the contrary hurts them.
- It is for people who want to be healthier and happier. It doesn't matter if you want to lose 40 kg or just exercise so that your back or knees don't hurt anymore.
- It is for people who exercise regularly or who have never done it.
- It is for people who are ashamed to go to the gym. Here we will create a safe environment full of empathy and support.
- It is for people who want to be stronger physically and mentally.
- It is for people who want to make peace with their own body and who want to learn to love themselves more.
- It is for people who want to discover themselves and who want to have more courage to show the world how they really are.
We want to help you discover that exercise should not be a chore and a punishment for what you have eaten, but a proof of self-love and a celebration of what your body can do.
If you want to join our group, you must make a commitment for at least three months. Miracles do not happen overnight, and the wrong habits repeated a lifetime can not be corrected in an instant. But I tell you from my own experience that the secret is to repeat small but essential gestures. You will discover them with us!
The trainings take place on Monday and Thursday from 18:30 to 19:30 at the Fitness Academy Rahova hall (Calea Rahova no. 201, right next to Liberty Mall) and please come 10-15 minutes early to have time to change. At 18:30 you must be in the room ready.
What do you need for training?
- pants and sports shirt
- sports shoes (we will guide you what kind of footwear is recommended so as not to put pressure on the joints. for example, Converse sneakers are not good for sports)
- towel and bottle of water.
Places are limited because we must take into account the norms of social distancing imposed by law. The place in the group will be confirmed only after the payment of the first installment. And yes, you can pay in installments!

What the program contains:
- 8 training sessions adapted to your physical and medical condition per month (training lasts 1 hour). You don't have to look a certain way or have any exceptional physical condition to be part of the group. Remember that I have a herniated disc, torn ligaments in my ankle and a sore hip and I still do sports.
- gym membership included for additional cardio sessions which will help maximize results. You can come anytime your schedule allows, even on weekends.
