Sometimes it's so nice to be in my place that I would envy myself at times. Yes, I'm lucky because every day I do what I like best and no day is like that. For example, not every day the famous make-up artist Anca Rădulescu invites you to her studio to present to you in preview and exclusively her own line of professional makeup brushes that will be launched on the Romanian market.
My curiosity was so great that it gave me the courage to drive on the streets of Bucharest even for a time like this. And believe me, the distance between my house and Monument Street no. 14 is not really small!
I met Anca right after I won the first edition of the L'Oréal Paris School of Beauty Blogging and I did a visit to the make-up school which he set up out of a passion to pass on his knowledge of this art to all those who wish to pursue a career in this field.
The meeting was scheduled for 1:30 p.m. I arrive at 13:45, I just made a reputation for never arriving on time! But Anca greets me with a wide smile and a warm tea with honey. Enthusiasm was in her eyes and she was looking forward to seeing my first reactions to "her babies," as she caresses the 21 professional makeup brushes she is about to launch. We are both excited. Because I discover new tools that I can't wait to work with and Anca because she knows that I am such a sincere person that the facial expressions betray any feeling. And he likes the reactions on my face.
I touch, feel and smile. The handle is the perfect length, the iron is made of copper alloy and not aluminum, and the brushes are exactly as you might want. It couldn't be otherwise, they are just created by a make-up artist with many years of experience behind them.
Made of the highest quality natural hair (squirrel hair, blue squirrel, badger, kolinsky or Mongolian goat) the brushes are cruelty free, and the animal hair was only cut without being injured in any way.
For now, I'll show you just a few photos with just some of the brushes. They will soon be available on the website http://ancaradulescu.ro/ and will have prices between 35 and 150 lei.
No more writing, I'm going to test them!
