In 1985, I didn't exist yet, but my mother told me that lipstick was a much-loved and sought-after accessory by women. Why do I tell you about 1985 when I was only born in 1988? Because then one of the most emblematic lipsticks was born: Color Riche from L'Oréal Paris.
Today L'Oréal Paris Color Riche celebrates its 30th anniversary obsession with color, intense pigments and lip care, and invites us to rediscover beauty with 21 new shades and an improved formula for a colorful anniversary… exactly to my liking!
As you well know, lipstick is my favorite makeup product. More precisely, red lipstick, but I can't deny that my eyes sparkle with happiness in intense shades of fuchsia, orange or burgundy. And I'm sure you won't doubt me when I tell you that I inherited coquettishness from my mother. Only from her did I secretly steal the first lipstick that colored my lips, and she was also the one who gave me the first makeup product - my first lipstick. My mother and I share the same passion for beauty and not infrequently I asked her to tell me how things were in this field in her youth. I even asked her to outline the image of the woman considered beautiful in her youth and my mother gave me some very precise guidelines:
- A beautiful figure, not necessarily very thin but with beautiful legs.
- Have long and well-groomed hair. Long hair was highly prized.
- Cheerful and chic girls were much appreciated.
- And the ones who were most appreciated were the women who had the courage to wear red lipstick. Why doesn't this surprise me?
I have repeatedly confessed to you that beauty landmarks In my view, they have changed quite a lot since I carefully studied the art of makeup. Now everything translates into symmetries and asymmetries, through expressive eyes and full lips, through a neat and slightly chic look and not necessarily through the labels we put on ourselves. And even less so by those around us.
And because we are celebrating the 30th anniversary of Color Riche, we have prepared two magical surprises with L'Oréal Paris. 1TP3DiscoverBeauty to each of us.
Surprise #1
L'Oréal Paris invites you to rediscover beauty and has prepared a special contest on the page: http://color-riche.lorealparis.ro/ where you can win one of the two sets of products from the Color Riche 30 years collection every day with a very nice photo frame.
How can you participate? Very simple:
- Post a picture of yourself and your mother on Facebook or Instagram
- Use the hashtag 1TP3DiscoverBeauty when you post the image
- In addition to the hashtag, add to the description the most beautiful physical appearance or beauty habit you inherited from your mother.
Make sure your post is public! Only then will we be able to see the use of the hashtag
Surprise #2
Surprise number two is actually a challenge for bloggers and also a gift. I challenge them Oana, Diana, Stefana, Monica, Adina and Adina to write an article about the beauty ideals of their mothers' youth and the beauty ideals of today, and to put a picture with them and their mothers. And I promise to make them a nice widget like the one above. But know that any blogger is invited to take on this challenge!
In addition, two of those who accept the #R rediscover Beauty challenge will be rewarded with a set of products from the 30-year-old Color Riche collection.
The contest ends on April 5.
I can't wait to read some stories that 1TP3DiscoversBeauty!

You should know that I searched the internet for those who responded to my challenge, and I was thrilled to read your and your mothers' stories. I was fascinated!
I would have really liked to be able to offer more prizes and not limit myself to just two people because it seems unfair to me to leave so many beautiful stories, so many stories with soul!
But because the rules must be followed, I want to congratulate Oana Stan and Stefana (The Pretty Blossoms) for their beautiful stories.
HERE you can read Stefana's story again HERE Oana's.
Thank you all!
