I saw at Hip I really liked this Tag, so without being provoked I started to do it myself. I hope the article helps you get to know the man behind this blog better.
Which of the articles written last year are you most proud of?
I am proud of almost all my articles, even some that I have not yet published. I try not to publish something that doesn't satisfy me, although there were times when I published some things because it needed to be said.
Now I remember the interviews with Alexandru Abagiu, Oana Cuzino and the founder of the Apivita brand, The lipstick of the moon, Review sites different from those found on other blogs according to a structure that I perfected over time and that I saw began to be borrowed without my consent, the article on Ombre Hair and especially those in Top 10 most read articles in 2013.
Which article are you the least proud of?
The first two that came to mind are this (which unfortunately was misinterpreted by the vast majority) and this. I feel like I'm ruining my blog's feng shui and I've put them in the category it will not be repeated.
How can you become a better blogger?
Perseverance, good landmarks, original ideas, sustained activity, respect for the public and interesting topics.
Where do you feel you can't move forward?
We set our own limits. I set out to move forward from the beginning, so it is a goal that always accompanies me.
How much passion do you put into your blog?
As much as I manage to convey to readers. I don't deserve to say that I put more.
What lessons have you learned from blogging?
That you always have to write about interesting and original topics if you want to keep the interest of the public, that no matter how much I care that bloggers are inspired by each other without even a mention (not to mention that it is not usual to ask for consent ) this is the way things are and that the wheel can only be invented once, so the rest is copy cat. That when you receive or when you have, you have to give back or at least to offer. That opinions are divided and that everyone's opinion must be respected. Quality matters, but it will hang harder if offered in larger quantities.
At what times were you inspired / creative?
I'm extremely creative when I can't write and it's extremely frustrating. I also noticed that I am extremely creative when I brainstorm with other bloggers (for example: Cristina, Jully, Andreea or Larisa).
What projects did you complete?
I completed enough projects at the end, but fewer than I wanted. I would like to mention the thematic weeks, the lipstick of the month (slightly abandoned), #DecemberBeautyBloggersMeeting which has already reached its second edition, the regular meetings with the readers through which I want to offer them the pampering I have and the idea to support the beauty blogs at the beginning or in need of support.
How can you better organize your time?
I can not. I have periods when my work style is chaotic and I have periods when I am overly planned. In both cases they give a good yield. It's a better place to be, but I want to enjoy things offline as well.
Did you allow fear to take control of your actions?
Not even when I was threatened with being sued for an article published on this blog. On the contrary, it tickled my pride a little and made me even more aware of the fact that I have to be very careful what I write on the blog and that every statement must be fully accepted.
What do you think are the habits you have to give up?
I tend to take things in stride and postpone their completion for a more opportune time. I want to finish as many things as possible and ask you to pull me by the sleeve every weekend or month and ask me Ioana, how many things did you leave unfinished this week / month?. Do you promise?

I'm glad you did! 😀 I really like it but I didn't pass it on because I felt it was a bit late and no one would want to talk about resolutions after New Year's Eve.
Eh, I didn't post last year's favorites either, so I'll keep it all of January with the ones that were supposed to be posted in December.
:))
