I hope you saw the first two videos I posted on my #Youtube channel in which I showed you 3 arm exercises and the one I was showing you 4 exercises for legs and buttocks, if you didn't do it, it's not wasted time because now I posted another new clip in which I show you some exercises for strengthening the back muscles and for the arm muscles (biceps-triceps-deltoid). I hope you find this series of 3 videos useful, which gives you a pretty comprehensive workout that if you do it 3 times a week you will start to notice the changes on your own bodies. I'm very sure when I said that because I learned them from my coach Iulian and they worked great for me!
