I think I chose the most inappropriate time to go on a diet. I know I don't have to see it as a diet, but as a new lifestyle, but if I'm to be honest with you to the end I'm still in that period of accommodation in which I still struggle with cravings and in which more there are frustrations because I would like to eat a burger or a cheese cake with my friends. Since I came back from vacation I'm better because I can be more disciplined at home, but in London there were temptations everywhere! Not to mention that my boyfriend only wanted to eat English Breakfast, Subway sandwiches and fish & chips.
Of course I escaped one day and ate breakfast with everything. My only consolations were the XL-S pills I take after every meal and which reduce by up to 27% the absorption of calories from dietary fats without side effects and the fact that that heavy mass was consumed in the first part of the day. What holiday was that without any guilty pleasure?
Otherwise, the diet went pretty well throughout the holidays. I tried to stick to my diet at home, and if I really wanted something, I just tasted very little bit. I think it also made up for the fact that I walked a lot. And I'm not exaggerating at all when I say a lot. One day we walked about 16 km because we thought it was more beautiful to do the "tourist tour" on foot.
In the last two weeks, since I've been taking it XL-S Medical 3 times a day, I noticed that I get fed up with a lot less food at every meal. This makes me more confident and feel good. I'm really very optimistic and I feel that this time something is different and that things are going differently. I returned from London on Monday morning, but until Wednesday morning I did not have the courage to climb the scales. But I was relieved to see that things were going according to plan and that I was not stagnant, but that I had about 700gr less than before I left. Honestly, in my mind the best scenario I was about to stagnate, but when I saw that I had given up a little in just 7 days, the sky seemed to open and the angels were singing with me.
I told you at the beginning that I chose the worst time to go on a diet because I started with a tempting vacation, and now Easter is approaching. I'm not a big fan of traditional food, but I know that at that time we stay at home we eat a lot, we visit family and friends and we eat again and then we go out and ... we eat again.
But this time I'm determined to control my cravings and not them. And the plan is this:
- Tables at fixed intervals. I can't eat at set times, but I'm going to have breakfast between 8:00 and 10:00, lunch from 13:00 to 14:00 and dinner from 18:00 to 20:00. I go to bed quite late, so 20:00 is a good time. If I happen to be invited to dinner outside of the above intervals, I do not eat or taste anything.
- Snacks only raw fruits and vegetables. My favorites are mangoes, red peppers and cucumbers (because they have negative calories). In addition, I can clean them, cut them and put them in a bag in my bag so that I have them at hand all the time.
- Avoid my mother's fries, pies and Easter at all costs. I really like Easter, but if I start eating, I can hardly stop, so I'd better take a step back. Mother will not be happy…
- I intend to cook some traditional low fat recipes at home. I don't know how to deal with the drob, because it's my responsibility to prepare it every year. Or I know! This year the whole family will eat low fat drob and I won't even tell them!
- I will continue to exercise moderately every day. A walk of at least 30 minutes every night after dinner helps a lot.
- I will take it regularly after every meal XL-S Medical because I saw that it helps!
What food plans do you have for the Easter holidays? Please share them with me because any advice or suggestion from you helps a lot!

Good luck, Ioana! I kiss you and G 🙂
Thanks, Adina! <3
Galmita greets you from his new bag :)))
And I would only eat fish & chips if I was in the UK. I love 'em!
I drink 2-3 cups of green tea every day and I guarantee that it helps to lose weight. A nutritionist recommended it to me a few years ago, as an adjunct.
Good luck! I know it's damn hard.
Thanks, Camelia… it's really hard! The important thing is to keep going 😀 Kiss you!
I wish you much success! I'm in exactly the same situation… I'm a gourmet and I know that pasta food won't look good on me :))

Thank you, Romina. Let's stay strong! 😀
I did not lose a gram when I took these pills and my appetite did not decrease. I didn't follow a proper diet, but I minimized sweets, and I haven't eaten bread and fried food for several years. I was disappointed, but I don't think these pills have a lasting effect. Like you said, you have to change your lifestyle. Anyway, I'm glad they work for you.
You need to understand that these are not diet pills, but some supplements that help you in your diet. Without diet and sports they really don't work. I started taking them precisely because I could not make a sustained effort, but the diet must be the diet!
I forgot to mention that I do kangoo jumps 2-3 times a week. I can't keep a fixed diet because if I force myself not to eat something, that's exactly why I feel like something and I get worse because I can't focus on anything until I taste that something :)) I still think it would be I had to see some results with these pills, considering the "diet" adopted, plus sports, sauna, massage.
In total, how many kilograms have you lost since you started this diet? how many kilograms did you start and how far do you want to go? can you take these pills in the long run?
I don't have a weight target, I just want to feel good and lower the pressure on my spine because I don't want to have surgery at this age. I promise to come back with an article in which to give the details you asked me for above, but now it's a bit early.
I discovered your blog recently looking for opinions on weight loss treatments. If you also have a problem with your spine, I think we are talking about obesity and these pills are given to you by a doctor? Xls is for diets to lose a few kg. I saw that you also have their advertisement on the blog. Can other medications be combined with xls?
Anyway, I think that in the case of obesity it would be good to consult a doctor, not to unbalance your metabolism with these pills, from what I saw you on TV you are quite young and it's a shame to deteriorate your health. However, you will not be able to take these pills for so many months until you see something, it is better to see a doctor to prescribe a long-term diet.
Honestly, I have no idea how the diet will go over me in the next period, especially since I will cook so many goodies! but I will try to respect the principles of maintenance, that is, I hope not to associate food groups. I don't take pills, I say I can handle it without 🙂 however, since the diet, my stomach seems to shrink, so even if I wanted to, I can't put food in a bottomless bag. and than I risk getting sick… better miss!
That's how I feel: I don't seem to need the same amount of food as before. I'm glad I'm feeling some change. Good luck, Gabriela! : *
